Involving ALL orders made by phone or website, All claims must be made within 24 hours of the delivery of your order, by email to jewelrypro@comcast.net. Any returns must be received within 5 days of the date of your claim, or will not be considered for credit or refund. Returned items must include the original delivery package and a copy of the reciept for confirmation of dates.

not recieved within the shipping time as stated above (excluding mistakes by post office/ delivery company is responsible for)

We are not responsible for damaged merchandise we ensure your package up to $20 only

(you can request additional insurance up to $300 on your package for an additioonal $10 fee)
