Special orders (ex. name jewelry), sale items, and discounted merchandise are FINAL sale - no refunds
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the POSTAL delivery of your order, by email to jewelrypro@comcast.net . Any returns must be received In our office within 5 days of the date of your claim, or will not be considered for credit or refund. Returned items with delivery confirmation service. Returned items must include the original delivery package and a copy of the confirmation service reciept, as this is needed for confirmation of dates. SHIPPING FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE. REFUNDS WILL BE MAILED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE RETURN IS RECIEVED IN OUR OFFICE.

*not recieved within the shipping time as stated above (excluding mistakes by post office/ delivery company)
*not what was ordered - (with proof of what was ordered)
We are not responsible for damaged merchandise we ensure your package up to $200 only
(you can request additional insurance up to $500 on your package for an additioonal $20 fee)
